Using Transpose Tool in Excel 2013
In this Post I am gonna show you how you can use transpose Tool to convert rows into columns!
Do you Know? In Excel 2013, you can use the same transpose function that appeared in Excel 2010 to rotate tables or change rows & columns.
Using Transpose tables you can simply change Horizontal & verticle sides of Table
However, This is a small feature but can save your precious time & you know why!
To get Started:
Step 1: Select the Entire Table, which you want to convert rows to columns.
Step 2: Now copy the table either by using Ctrl + C Keyboard shortcut or by right clicking it and selecting Copy.
Point to be noted: Dont use cut (Ctrl + X) Command. This will not work Here.
Step 3: Now you need to select PasteSpecial. Do it in any of these ways:
a.) from the right click menu select PasteSpecial, or
b.) or the Home tab on the Ribbon,
Step 4: Now Simply check the Transpose box in the Paste Special boxand then click OK.
And You are done. You will see that rows have been automatically converted into columns!
Its Easy! But saves a lot of time! Isn’t?
